How to claim a prize
Prizes are paid by the operator that ran the draw, under its own rules: each sets where you claim, by when and what you need to bring, and where you claim can depend on the amount. Keep your ticket in good condition and confirm the operator's current rules before you go.

Tax
Whether any tax applies to a win depends on the law at the time and on the kind of win. This site cannot work it out for you.
Ask the operator how much you will receive before you claim.
Always ask for a breakdown of the amount you are paid.
Rules can change; always check the current information, and ask a qualified tax adviser if in doubt.
This is not tax or legal advice. Keep any receipt or statement you are given when you claim.
Before you go
- Check the ticket yourself against the operator's official results. Results on this site, or any other, are not proof that you have won.
- Keep the ticket flat, dry, untorn and unmarked. A damaged ticket can be refused and nothing replaces it.
- Take a photo of both sides of the ticket before you hand it over.
- Take your original ticket and your identity card (MyKad or NRIC) or passport; for larger prizes you may also be asked for your bank details. If someone else is claiming for you, ask the operator what they need.
- You must be 18 or over to play and to claim.
Nobody calls you about a prize
Distrust anyone who calls or writes to tell you that you have won. Nobody legitimate asks for fees, "tax" in advance or TAC and OTP codes to hand over a prize. If they do, it is a scam.
